Cancellation

Cancellation on booking channels only – and channel policies.

Non-refundable payment of 50% of the total amount up to 7 days before check-in.

The guest must pay 100% of the reservation amount for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, no show and packages on holidays and high season.

Prepayment

To confirm the reservation will be charged:

50% of the total reservation amount – non-refundable;

100% for holidays and high season packages - 50% refundable only if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to check-in.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price 7 days prior to arrival.

Smokers

It is forbidden to smoke inside any dependence or UH of the inn. Smoking allowed only in the indicated areas.

Breakfast

It will be served from 8 am to 11 am in the Café da Villa or in the units with a prior appointment of 30 minutes.

It can be served at different times depending on the guest's needs or staff availability. Check at reception.

Check in Check out

The daily starts at 2 pm and ends at noon. Entries before this time and departures after, subject to availability and additional charge. Kindly show up at the reception 15 minutes before check-out.

Children and Extra Beds

All children are welcome. Check maximum capacity of beds in each unit.

Up to 2 children over 7 years and adults are charged BRL 170 per day when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years will be charged BRL 80 per day, per cot.

All children aged 2 years and older up to 6 years will be charged BRL130 per day for extra beds.

Visitors

The visitor is responsible for the guest. Additional costs may apply.

Pets

Pets: allowed on request (only in chalets with a private outdoor area – Chalets 3 and 4). Additional costs may apply.

Transit of pets in common outdoor areas only with the use of a collar and guide.

The circulation of pets is prohibited in the covered common areas – cafe and on the hydro deck.

Parking

Free parking is available on site (reservation required).

Partial or total damages or breakdowns

In case of any breakdown and/or partial damage, the full value of the equipment, furniture or material will be charged.

Including unit fee for the time needed for repairs. Check values ​​at reception.
