Cancellation
Cancellation only through reservation channels according to their own policies.
The reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 21 days before the arrival date, after which the paid amount will not be refunded and will be retained as a penalty.
Guests must pay 100% of the reservation value for cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, no-shows, and packages during holidays and high season.
Prepayment
To confirm the reservation, the following will be charged:
Guests will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price 21 days prior to arrival..
Smokers
It is forbidden to smoke inside any dependence or UH of the inn. Subject to a fine equivalent to 1 daily rate corresponding to the date and room category without discounts.
Breakfast
It will be served from 8 am to 10 am in the Café da Villa or in the units with a prior appointment of 30 minutes.
It can be served at different times depending on the guest's needs or staff availability. Check at reception.
Check in Check out
The daily rate starts at 3 pm and ends at 12 pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Note: Free check-in from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm to drop off luggage only.
Our check-in is available until 8:00 PM; we do not have 24-hour reception. Please contact us if you need to arrive after this time to arrange a late check-in in advance. A fee equivalent to half the daily rate for that date will be charged in this case.
Check-out: Please arrive at reception 15 minutes before your check-out time. Extended check-out may be available depending on availability and subject to an additional fee.
Extras guests
We accept additional guests in the Chalets, and the maximum occupancy varies by chalet:
- Superior Chalet - up to 3 extra guests with a single auxiliary bed and sofa bed
- Mezzanine Chalet - up to 1 extra guest with a single auxiliary bed
- Superior Chalet with 2 bedrooms - up to 1 extra guest with a sofa bed
Extra Guest Fee: A fee of R$170.00 per day per guest will be applied (guests aged 2 and up).
Visitors
Visitors are the responsibility of the guest, and additional fees may apply.
Pets

Villa’s pet guidelines:
Pets are allowed in outdoor common areas only when leashed.
Pets are not allowed in the covered common areas of the Café da Villa or on our Deck in the spa area.
Parking
Free outdoor parking is available on-site.
Partial or total damages or breakdowns
In case of damage to the TV remote control or gate control; and in case of loss of the key to the reserved unit or gate control, R$ 150.00 will be charged for each item.
In case of any partial damage or damage, the full value of the equipment, furniture, or material will be charged. Including the unit rate for the time needed for repairs. Please check the rates at the reception.
